Saturday page 2
Our surprise guest was Amanda Tapping.

This was Amanda's wedding anniversary weekend, so she said she wouldn't be able to make it to the con. It was a wonderful surprise for her to show up and spend an hour with us. She loved the quilt and thanked us for our support of the show. The quilts were made by Becky Preen and were also used in a show in Sam's apartment, very cool!!!

She got a few gifts and had fun with this bear, I think she really liked it.

Amanda is very funny, I really wish they'd give her character more humor, allow her to open up and show us her silly side. I forget what she was counting, anyone, anyone......

It was hysterical whatever it was, wait, was it the guys that liked her and died on the show??? Yeah, I think that's it, she's now called the black widow of the show, no guy she likes or that likes her survives.

Then this guy had a question and she asked him to come up so she could see his costume. The same happened when she saw this lady dressed like her, she hated that outfit when she had to wear it and jokingly said she never wanted to see it again. It was a very good likeness, good job costume people.

Then Allan came up with a call for her, handed her the phone and moved aside. The call was from JR, they talked a minute and she put the mic to the phone so we could hear, then suddenly his voice got louder. He came in and everyone screamed, she turned and was surprised by him. "How do you turn this thing off?"

They are so good together, if she wasn't married, I think they'd be a perfect couple. He's checking out her smell to verify it, joke from Sekh's party, had to be there.

They had the best time together, I think they laughed more than anyone else, even us.

The quilt lady, Amanda thanked her personally. JR and his knack to make her rub her face. Then she realized Alexis was there and they hugged and talked.

Wishing so much I could remember what he said to her, but he did say something really funny and we all broke up laughing. Another gift and comment from an adoring fan.
