Friday

We start in the hotel by the dock. My brother Craig and his wife Andrea came to visit since they just moved to Florida near Orlando, it was a few hours drive for them but it was worth it to see them again. We hung out and caught up with each other and went to dinner at the Rainforest Cafe, I like that place.
Saturday

We made it down for the buffet breakfast and chowed down lots of good food. With all our luggage you'd think we were moving there. We thought it was funny and mom got a pic. We hung outside waiting for the shuttle to take us to the dock. It was a long wait, about an hour and a half.

We posed, and talked, lounged and posed some more. It started to rain, how typical for Florida.

The guys.

Group shot, everyone smile!!!!

The youngsters, too bad they couldn't come with us.

Boarding pic. Mom emailed it to me that's why it looks kind of bad.

Check in was easy, made it to the room fast and went outside to check out the view. There was this cool mural on the wall of the building across from the dock. And cool swordfish statues in front of it in a fountain. Then this turkey vulture flew overhead, strange seeing one of those here.

The weather couldn't decide what it wanted to do that day. I got a few pics during a nice break in the cloudy weather.

From our balcony we had a great view of the city and the marina. Lots of boats go through here and it's fun to wave to everyone as they go by.

Very nice yacht. The pool at the back of the boat and us lounging nearby.

The pool at the center of the boat, with cool stingray statues, hot tubs and bars, lots of room for sunning and lounging.

Different shots of the pool area.

Our room, luggage arrived!!!! We were on the 9th deck, first one with balconies, we were just above the lifeboat deck. The balcony wasn't covered from above so everyone above us could see us, didn't like that at all. It was small but nice and worked. The statues at the spa, a horse with fountain behind it.

An Indian statue I think. The pool at the spa was a current pool, you could actually swim against the current and get exercise and it was only like 4 or 5 feet deep. They had steam rooms and saunas and of course the full gym and exercise equipment. With the usual spa stuff like the massages, pedicures, manicures and facials and stuff. I got a pedicure, still have the nail polish on too, it's a very cool red. That's Rod at dinner filming mom while she's taking a pic of him.

Us at dinner the first night.
