We got into St.Maarten very early. Mom got these pics of the boats when she got up to see the view and only got to see these boats.

The guy was there to take our picture when we got off, Rod got his pic instead. There's mom and I looking at the information book on the island.

It never ceases to amaze me how huge these boats are. There were 4 huge ships docked there, talk about Titanic!!!

We took the wonderful bus ride over to Orient Bay. The weather wasn't the greatest, it went between good and bad all day. Got rained on a few times then it'd get really nice for a while. Oh the tropics, warm rain, 5 minute sun showers followed by more sun and sometimes, beautiful rainbows linger about.

This is where we had lunch. We walked the long beach to the nude beach to lay out and check out the area. It was really empty at first, but got busier as the day got nicer.

The sand is silky soft, the tourquoise water is warm enough to soak in all day, the air like a warm blanket surrounding you, even the rain is welcome here.

Far out past the point the waves break in. We can tell they're huge by the long rolling white peaks.

Rod wanted to go surfing there but it's a long way and no one rents surfboards or kayaks. There's lots of other stuff to rent of course but it's not cheap.

Me and Rod on the bus ride back to town. Another bikini, never got another shot of me in it though.

The countryside, and the border.

The border is a plaque and a statue, cool.
