Tuesday 12th, at sea
The first pic of the guy in the hot tub is a guy I met in the nightclub Dazzles the night before. Great dancer and alot of fun. This was actually our 3rd day, we were at sea this day, it was nice to just hang out and relax. I was watching the pool games, it was hysterical what they made them do. You had to wear a life preserver and then try to jump into the pool and get a spoon that was on the bottom, it was about 6 feet deep. Only 2 big guys could do it, the small women couldn't get deep enough to reach it, it really was funny watching them pop up time and time again in frustration.
These are the Polynesian tattoos I had the guys draw on me that day. I had a flame design on my ankle, the cool one on my back, the fishhook with water and sun on my arm and one of the guys put his name in Hawaiian on my chest. I really loved these designs, especially the one on my back, I think I'd get that one as a real one. Fun in the sun!!!
Unfortunately that day the tattoos didn't last cause they used baby oil on my skin first, so they washed off in the shower. That night at dinner we wore our newly acquired Hilo Hatties dresses. Mine was a long dress, deep purple with yellow flowers and green leaves, it was very cool, I love it. Mom's ensemble is a long red dress with orange flowers and matching jacket, it looked great on her.
After dinner we went to the Spinnaker lounge to watch the Polynesian show called "Beat of Polynesia". They did lots of different dance styles and songs. They were all great dancers, the costumes very well done and authentic and did I mention they were all gorgeous. After the show we got to get pictures with them, I was first and actually got all of them together. Unfortunately mom's didn't turn out cause the ship moved and it came out fuzzy and we didn't get a second chance cause lots of people were waiting, so mom got her pic with the girls.
