Page 2, Maui
We took a bus over to the other side of the island for our tour that day to Kaanapali beach. Mom got the shots of the scenery on the way.
This is at the resort we got to use for the day, we actually got there late in the day like around 1 or 2 or something. I was directly in the sun ok, but I liked the pic so I kept it in.
We liked this little area so we got a few pics here, it was very tranquil. Loved the flowers!!
Out on the beach mom settled our stuff under a nice big tree and then she went snorkeling. I walked down the beach and got pics. These guys were doing some cliff jumping, not too high, but still too scary for me.
The beach was very nice, resorts all the way down, nice sand, not a wide beach but long. Flowers everywhere, you'd get whiffs sometimes of them in the warm breeze and it would remind you that you're on vacation and to stop and smell the flowers.
I smelled as many as I could.
The waves sometimes got pretty wicked, and the current was very strong.
The first pic is looking back towards our resort. Then on our way to do some shopping we saw this cool totem pole and got some pics.
Then after shopping we got our free drinks and relaxed. No, we didn't have 2 each, we just took each other's drink and posed with them to be silly. They were actually very good drinks. There was a couple singing and playing guitars for everyone there, they were really good. It was a very nice day.
They had this little river that ran all the way around the resort and they had fish in it so I had to get a pic of them.
