Tuesday
Roatan, Honduras

We arrived in port about 11am and docked. I took a few pictures before we got on the bus to take us to the beach we were going to. These native musicians and dancers were entertaining everyone on their way out.

The welcome sign, gotta have one of those. These next ones are taken from the bus, surprised they came out at all.

Just city streets. It's pretty crowded and narrow. Once we got out past the city it was all green, trees, shrubs and flowers.

We stopped at a few lookouts along the way. The purple flowers smelled pretty and the whole area was just gorgeous at this stop.

This pic is one of the first things we saw at the resort. They had all these fruits, flowers and things gathered around some of the trees by the entrance. They were all very pretty. More coconuts, gotta love 'em.

This is a view of the area behind the beach part. You could grab chairs and sit back here in the shade if you wanted.

More birds hanging out by us.

Lovely scenery.

The birds were everywhere. They were actually really pretty in the sunlight. We went up right away for food as I was hungry.

They served barbecue for lunch and lots of other great tasty foods. I had seconds, maybe thirds too. We went around and took pictures after we were done eating.

They were just so pretty we couldn't help ourselves.

Smile!!!

Do I look like an island girl or what?? Well, except for the hat. :)

Mom told me to pose, so I did.

More pretties and coconuts too. I have a thing ok. :)
There's more Roaton on the next page...
